Shipping is currently available within the UK only.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services, providing tracking and delivery confirmation for peace of mind. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal demand.

Complimentary UK shipping is included within the portrait price.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified and provided with tracking details. The artist is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I will assist in resolving the issue and, where applicable, in submitting a claim with the delivery provider. Photographic evidence may be required to support any claims.

Once the artwork has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the item passes to the customer.
